SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Intel based Mac
- MacOSX 10.5 or later
- Apple supported CD/DVD Writer (Internal or FireWire) or
MacBook Air Superdrive
USB drives are not officially supported but burning may work
depending on the drive and Mac OS X version used. Please use
the trial period to determine if burning behaves as expected
with your particular USB drive.
SUPPORTED MEDIA
- CDR, CDRW
- DVD+RW,DVD-RW
DVD+R and DVD-R are not supported because the Finder is
reluctant to mount a "multisession" DVD of that type. Since
dual layer discs are not available in RW flavor they are not
supported for the same reason.
FILESYSTEM STANDARD
BurnAgain FS burns a ISO9660
(joliet, rock ridge standard) filesystem. If you do not use
BurnAgain FS from the start, only disks using this standard
can be used by BurnAgain FS.
Note that each burn requires an additional session overhead
to the size of burned data.
BurnAgain FS preserves all resource forks and mac specific
file attributes by creating standard AppleDouble files. If
you do not want AppleDouble files to be created, this can be
disabled in the application preferences.
