User-definable setting to Active/Passive/Silent/Pass Through/GreyList Modes
Active mode: Unknown senders must validate themselves in order to send email to me.
Passive mode: Marks incoming email with "[unknown] or [spammer]".
Silent mode: silently builds whitelist based on email sent.
Pass Through: Accept all email. Do not add to my white list.
Greylist: Unknown senders are bounced with try again later message until pre-determined wait period.
